Shipping policy

Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicated prior to order confirmation. For certain products—specifically those that are manufactured, imported, bulky, or available only upon order—delivery times may be longer.
Average delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, availability, shipping method, logistics requirements, and delivery address.

In any event, for consumer customers, MAISON CORLEONE delivers the product by the date or within the timeframe specified to the customer prior to the order. If no date or timeframe is specified, delivery takes place no later than 90 days after the order.

In the event of a delivery delay, the consumer customer is entitled to the rights provided for under the Consumer Code. Specifically, the customer may request delivery within a reasonable additional timeframe. If MAISON CORLEONE fails to deliver within this period, the customer may terminate the contract in accordance with applicable legal provisions. In the event of contract termination due to delivery delay, MAISON CORLEONE will refund the amounts paid within the statutory timeframes.

Delivery Methods
MAISON CORLEONE may offer various delivery methods depending on the product.
• Standard delivery: delivery to the building entrance, house doorstep, pickup point, or other method indicated at the time of ordering.
• Premium delivery ("Confort"): delivery by appointment to the room of your choice, where this option is offered and available.

Unpacking, assembly, installation, packaging removal, or the removal of old furniture are included only if expressly indicated at the time of ordering.

Customer Obligations and Access Conditions
Before placing an order, the customer must verify that the product can be delivered under the planned conditions. In particular, the customer must ensure that access routes allow for the product to pass through: doors, hallways, staircases, elevators, parking areas, and upper floors, taking into account width, height, depth, and safety constraints. If delivery is impossible due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional costs for redelivery, storage, return, or special handling may be charged to the customer, subject to prior notification.

Receipt and inspection of packages
Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the apparent condition of the packages and products.
In the event of a damaged package, damaged product, missing item, or visible anomaly, the customer must record specific reservations on the delivery note and contact MAISON CORLEONE as soon as possible at contact@maisoncorleone.com.
General reservations such as "subject to unpacking" are insufficient.
Failure to record reservations upon delivery does not deprive a consumer customer of their rights regarding statutory warranties of conformity and hidden defects.

Transfer of risk and ownership
Ownership of the products is transferred to the customer upon full payment of the price, including all fees.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the moment the customer—or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier proposed by MAISON CORLEONE—takes physical possession of the product.
