These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the website www.maisoncorleone.com between MAISON CORLEONE and any consumer customer acting for personal, non-professional purposes.
Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products
MAISON CORLEONE offers furniture, décor, home furnishings, and related products for sale.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the product pages of the website: description, dimensions, materials, colors, photos, estimated availability or delivery times, prices, and available options.
Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, or finish may occur, particularly due to screen display, the materials used, or manufacturing processes.
The dimensions indicated are provided with the greatest possible accuracy. Before placing an order, the customer must verify that the product is suitable for the intended use and compatible with the room dimensions, access points to the home, doors, staircases, elevators, and any delivery constraints. 3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes but excluding delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges, take-back fees, specific transport costs, surcharges for difficult access, or optional fees are indicated prior to final order confirmation, whenever known.
MAISON CORLEONE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the customer confirms the order.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, MAISON CORLEONE may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.
4. Ordering
The customer selects the desired products, adds them to their cart, reviews the order details, corrects any errors, enters delivery and billing information, selects a payment method, accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and finally confirms the order.
Confirming the order creates an obligation to pay.
Upon confirmation, the customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the ordered products, the price, delivery charges, and the delivery address.
MAISON CORLEONE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, obvious error, prior dispute, inability to source products, supplier unavailability, or serious difficulties regarding fulfillment.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered on the site, such as bank card or PayPal.
The order is only definitively confirmed once payment has been validated.
MAISON CORLEONE does not directly store the customer's banking details. Payments are processed by the secure payment service providers used on the site.
6. Product availability
Products are offered subject to available stock or supply capabilities from suppliers and manufacturers.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, MAISON CORLEONE will notify the customer as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, the customer may choose an equivalent product, a credit note (subject to express acceptance), or a full refund for the unavailable product.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are indicated prior to order confirmation. For certain products—specifically manufactured or imported items, bulky goods, or products available only upon order—delivery times may be longer.
Average delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, availability, shipping method, logistics requirements, and delivery address.
In any event, for consumer customers, MAISON CORLEONE delivers the product on the date or within the timeframe specified to the customer prior to the order. If no date or timeframe is specified, delivery takes place no later than 90 days after the order.
In the event of a delivery delay, the consumer customer is entitled to the rights provided for under the Consumer Code.
