Before ordering, we invite you to check that the dimensions of the products are compatible with your access points (doors, stairs, elevator). In accordance with our policy, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us. Products must be returned complete, unused, clean, and in their original packaging to allow for damage-free transport.

To obtain the return address or an estimate of costs for bulky items, please contact our customer service at contact@maisoncorleone.com. Direct return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a proven lack of conformity. Once the product has been received and checked, a full refund will be processed via the original payment method. Please note that this right does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products.
