We offer reliable and secure delivery for all our furniture and decorative items. Your orders are handled with the greatest care, and delivery times and methods (standard to the building entrance or comfort to the room of your choice) are specified before you confirm your cart.

Before ordering, we invite you to check that the dimensions of the products are compatible with your access points (doors, stairs, elevator). For any questions regarding your delivery or to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, our customer service is at your disposal at contact@maisoncorleone.com.

In accordance with our policy, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us. Products must be returned complete, unused, clean, and in their original packaging to allow for damage-free transport.

To obtain the return address or an estimate of costs for bulky items, please contact our customer service at contact@maisoncorleone.com. Direct return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a proven lack of conformity. Once the product has been received and checked, a full refund will be processed via the original payment method. Please note that this right does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products.
